2. What Do You Get In Each Tier?

Please read each tier specifically, as every tier is different. Also, please be aware the tier names and tier benefits can change at any time without formal written or electronic  notice from me [like email or a KoFi post sharing that].

3. More On Payments / Refunds

At this time, I am NOT able to do any kinds of refunds. All purchases are FINAL. With that, I ask be as certain as possible you (a) have sufficient money/funds to support for the member tier you pay for in an ongoing way;  (b) that you will pay it in an on-time fashion; and (c) You are paying for your membership using the right and proper payment method.

Understand also your tier membership payment does not necessarily include KoFi fees, payment processing fees for Paypal, sales tax and other taxes, so your final tier membership payment may be higher in total amount you pay. Thank you in advance for understanding this.

4. How Will You Handle My Info.?

At this time, a few of our member tiers do ask you to provide your full email address after purchase so I can provide you a one time thank you email. With this, understand I will act in good faith to only send your one email message, and I will not do any type of spam, or add you to my email list service provider, or anything like that, nor will I sell your information to any kind of third party.

This above may not be the same as what the KoFi platform itself does, however. So, if you have questions on the KoFi and how they use your information, please review the KoFi website directly and contact them.

5. How You Can Use The Content You May Get

Once you pay for your membership tier, should you get any exclusive text posts, images, video content, audio content, career resources, or anything else through the KoFi platform and your successful payment of your membership tier level, please know and understand the exclusive content and such are intended to be used by YOU ONLY, and NOT for any kind of commercial purposes, but only your personal and private use.

This more specifically means -- 1. Do not edit / remix / reformat / repurpose / transform / change the content in any way;   2. Do not share it / remix it / upload it online anywhere on any kind of website or platform at all;   3. Do not use the content in any way with an artificial intelligence (AI) tool or large language model (LLM), including do not use the content to scrape or train any AI tool / large language model (LLM); This also means do not use the content to develop any kind of deepfake video or content or anything else. I do not consent my name, voice, ideas, image, likeness, or anything else related to me and The Work With Purpose Podcast (WWPCast) to be used in AI tool or LLM's, both now and into the foreseeable future;  4. Do not sell the content in any way as your own work [either online, in physical format, or anything else], and do not share it with anyone else at all.

6. Notes On Spam / Indecent Treatment / Harassment And Such

Please understand if I receive any kind of spam emails or content, crude or not safe for work (NSFW) messages, or anything I personally believe to be online harassment or  mistreatment / anything like that [based on my sole determination and judgment], please understand in those cases I reserve the right to completely cancel your KoFi paid membership immediately and without any kind of refunds, at any time, and without formal or informal notice, both now and into the foreseeable future. This is because I personally do not have any time, attention, or patience with mistreatment or harassment or spam.

As much as I am able to, should I do this kind of thing, I will work to locate your appropriate email address in good faith one time (1) and notify you via email one time (1) that I have canceled your paid KoFi membership. But, this kind of contact is not guaranteed.
